When you're preparing for caregiving or hospitalization for the first time, choosing clothing can be more difficult than you think, and it can be quite emotionally draining. "Is this the right choice?" "Will this be a burden on the person?" — Setagaya Care wants to be there to support you through these kinds of worries.
Common names
- I don't know what kind of clothes I should prepare.
- I'm worried about whether the size will fit.
- I'm worried about whether it's okay to use it at the facility.
- I'm worried it might be a waste of money.
- I don't know what clothes are suitable for my current condition.
Our core values
At Setagaya Care, we place the utmost importance on choosing clothing that suits the individual's physical movements.
- Will you raise your hand?
- Can you put force into your fingertips?
- Is it possible to operate it with one hand?
- How much assistance is needed for changing clothes?
Choosing clothing that suits each individual's needs can significantly reduce the burden of getting dressed. The basic principle is to avoid forcibly taking away what they "can do" and to gently support what they "find difficult" through clever clothing designs.

Also, for hygiene reasons, clothing that comes into direct contact with the lower body (shorts, socks, etc.) is not eligible for return or exchange.
