At Setagaya Care, we offer a free service of attaching name labels to the inside of clothing. This beautiful name-labeling option was created in response to customer feedback that black markers bleed, are unusable on dark-colored clothing, and commercially available labels peel off in the wash.

How to request personalization
STEP 1
Add clothing to cart
Please select "I would like to have my name added" on each clothing item's page.
STEP 2
Enter your name
Simply enter the name to be printed in the "Name to print" field to complete the process.
STEP 3
Until delivery
Normally, the personalization process takes 2-3 business days in addition to the delivery date, and the item will be carefully packaged and delivered to you.
*This service is only available for clothing items that have "Name Engraving Service [Free]" indicated on their respective product pages.

Because each garment is carefully finished with attention to detail, delivery may take an additional 2-3 business days compared to our usual delivery times. Also, as personalized garments are custom-made for each customer, we regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please review the details carefully before placing your order.
