Many people are confused when asked to write their names on their clothes when entering a care facility or using day services. Black markers bleed, they can't be written on dark-colored clothes, and commercially available stickers peel off in the wash—it was in response to these concerns that Setagaya Care's free name-writing service was created.

Nursing homes often outsource laundry, resulting in a large collection of similar clothing. Simply labeling items significantly reduces the risk of important garments getting lost.

② To protect that person's individuality

Knowing that "this is my clothing" is important for a person to feel secure and at ease. Personalizing items with a name is a way to subtly preserve that person's individuality.

③ Reduces the burden on facility staff.

Simply having names clearly indicated makes sorting laundry a smoother process and prevents misdeliveries.

How to request personalization

• Select "I would like to have my name added" on each clothing item's page.
• Please enter the name to be printed in the "Name to be printed" field.
• Delivery will take an additional 2-3 business days on top of the usual delivery time (applies to clothing items with "Name Engraving Service [Free]" indicated on each clothing item's page).
